What makes the BL5257-54L unique is it is made with Sapphire Crystal Glass, unlike BL (US version), which is made with Mineral Crystal. Sapphire Crystal is highly scratch and shatter resistant, which is 3 times harder than Mineral Crystal.
It features a 1/20 Second Chronograph function and measures up to 60 minutes. The Perpetual Calendar function automatically adjusts for the odd and even months and leap years all the way through year 2100!
It is Water Resistant for up to 200 meters and is equipped with a unidirectional elapsed time bezel, with a Tachymeter, you can certainly wear it when swimming and diving. With less to worry, because it has a screw case back and a screw down crown.
With Eco-Drive Technology, you will never have to worry about replacing any batteries. You can charge it indoors with artificial light or outdoors by direct sunlight.
